Module 3 - Lesson 1: Push Pull Squat Lunge Framework
Mindful Movement

In this lesson, I’m going to take you through a formula for creating the best workout with one framework. Effective and mindful training is straightforward. You can always spice it up with variations, but when it comes down to it, there are functional exercises and then there are moves that just make you sweat. When you’re looking at a training plan or attending an exercise class, I encourage you to always ask yourself: what is the purpose of this exercise? Does it look like a movement that I would do in real life? Is it progressively training me to be strong for lifting, pulling, pushing, or rotating? Or is it just extra body movement that is really difficult and makes me sweaty just to feel like I’m working hard?
